Evening!
Here is the latest video of our little Ellie-bean. She is walking like a pro and just a couple of days later she walked with me to the living room with one hand!
She is pulling up and this morning I found her on her knees in her crib waiting for me with a great big smile. All I could do was laugh and think, when will she be climbing out of the crib?
Enjoy! The next video will be of her pulling up and cruising…=)
G’night!

Its amazing how much Ellie bean has grown. Her hair is longer and redder and her eyes are getting lighter. Her little personality is really coming out! She is so funny, not that she wasn’t a ham before but now she can actually control some of it!
She is trying so hard to walk…so I might actually have to keep up with some cleaning!
Here is a picture of Ellie bean snacking on a rice cake!

Ok…Its a month later but I wrote!
Holla!

Laura here!
This past weekend, Ellie was baptized at Nativity. It was beautiful and I teared up. She had on a christening dress made by her great-great grandmother that her Daddy wore when he was baptized at the same church.
She did so well. No tears and even dozed off when the organ was being played at its loudest. While the Priest poured the water on her head, she reached for the water and enjoyed it! He laughed and said she liked water..good thing she doesn’t scream when I wash her hair!
Thank you to everyone that was able to come:
Uncle Frank and Aunt Kimmie, who are her Godparents
Nana and Granny
Scott, Kim, Anna and Taylor
Oma, Christopher and Teresa
Mitzi, Arnold, Jim and Adrianna
Uncle Steve and Aunt Barbara
Pictures that Scott took will be available soon!
The rest of the day was great! Everyone came over for lunch that Paul made and was delicious! We were all stuffed.
This week she has been saying Mamamamama and said Dada when Paul was leaving one afternoon. Its neat that she is trying to make sense of the world let alone communicate. Kinda seems like we just brought her home. Every day I stare at her and am amazed at how much she is changing. If she is a starer herself, we will know why. =) Even the other night, she figured out what she is supposed to do with the camera. She is smiling on her own and being a ham. Those are the latest pictures posted.
She is trying crawl and scoot but prefers her car-walker. Now she will even reach for my hand for me to pull her so she can get there faster! Time to baby proof the house!
Anywho, that’s it for now. More updates to come…I will really try to keep up with this.
Nighty Night

Two days ago ellie said her first words….Mama, mama, mama- 3 times in a row.
Of course now we can’t get her to do it again. I’m just glad her first word was mama.

After a lot of frustration and tiring work, I finally figured it out.
Now Laura can post on the home page much more easily.
Hopefully she does.
